Her approach is rooted in science, experience, and a commitment to long-term wellness, helping clients move beyond pain and rediscover their strength, balance, and vitality.
Kelly’s journey into health and wellness started early, shaped by years of competitive figure skating and horse riding. These experiences gave her firsthand insight into the importance of movement, injury prevention, and recovery – knowledge she now shares with every client she works with.
