CLINICAL MYOTHERAPY · HAMPTON PARK
Stop managing
your pain.
Start fixing what keeps
driving it.
Relief that only lasts a few days or weeks is not the same as fixing the problem.
Clinical Myotherapy is about working out why the pain keeps returning, treating the real driver, and helping your body stop falling back into the same cycle.
CLINICAL, NOT GENERIC
Specific treatment for what is actually causing the pain – not a one-size-fits-all massage.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
Most treatment chases symptoms. This works on the driver.
If the pain keeps returning, the problem has usually not been resolved. Something in the way your body is moving, loading or compensating is still feeding the same issue.
Clinical Myotherapy is about assessing properly, treating specifically, and helping you understand what is actually going on so you are not stuck in temporary relief forever.
Built around assessment, not guesswork
Focused on what keeps driving the pain, not just where it hurts
Clinical Myotherapy informed by broader movement and rehab understanding
Clear explanation of what is happening and what comes next
Designed to reduce reliance on repeat symptom-chasing treatment

WHAT CLINICAL MYOTHERAPY CAN HELP WITH
Treatment for the issues that keep pulling you backwards.
Back pain
Recurring low back pain, stiffness, flare-ups, or pain that keeps returning when life gets busy again.
Neck and shoulder pain
Tension, headaches, shoulder restriction, postural strain, and pain that builds from work, stress or repetitive loading.
Hip and glute pain
Pain with walking, sitting, getting up from chairs, or loading one side more than the other.
Knee and lower limb pain
Pain that shows up with stairs, walking, squatting, training, or simply doing more than your body currently handles well.
Injury recovery
Support through the recovery phase when the body still needs the right treatment and progression, not just time.
Chronic tension and overload
When your body is constantly tight, overworked or irritated and nothing seems to hold for long.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first session is about working it out properly.
Assessment matters. The better we understand the problem, the more specific the treatment can be.
01
History
We go through what hurts, how long it has been happening, what aggravates it, and what has or has not worked before.
02
Assessment
We assess movement, loading, restriction, and symptom behaviour so we can identify the likely driver rather than just the sore area.
03
Treatment
Hands-on treatment is chosen based on what the assessment tells us, not just where it feels tight or painful.
04
Explanation
You leave knowing what we think is going on and why the issue may have kept returning.
05
Plan
You get a clear direction for what comes next, whether that is follow-up treatment, movement work, or progressing into Pilates or strength.
06
Progression
The end goal is not endless treatment. It is a body that is functioning better and needing less help over time.
