MY BACKGROUND
I did not come into this
from a textbook.

I grew up in figure skating and equestrian sport, where pushing your body and dealing with breakdown is just part of it. That taught me early that settling pain is one thing, but building a body that can actually handle what you are asking of it is something else entirely.
Since 2008, I have worked across personal training, Pilates and clinical treatment, combining hands-on work with progressive strength so people do not just feel better for a few days, but actually change how their body functions.
I am not here to keep working on the same problem every few weeks. I am here to stop you needing that.
HOW I WORK
I do not chase pain. I fix what is causing it.
I work out why your body is compensating, treat what is overloaded, and build the strength that has been missing underneath it.
That is how results actually hold.
