PILATES · HAMPTON PARK
This isn’t Pilates
for fitness.
This is where you fix your body
properly.
If your body feels stiff, unreliable, or older than it should, there is usually a reason.
These sessions are built to improve how your body actually moves, so getting out of the car, reaching into cupboards, standing taller, and moving through the day starts to feel easier again.
MOVEMENT WITH PURPOSE
Structured movement designed to improve how your body works in real life.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
Most Pilates follows a flow. This works toward an outcome.
Most people teaching Pilates are running exercises. They are not adapting movement around pain, stiffness, injury history, or what your body actually needs.
Kelly is a Clinical Myotherapist, which means sessions are shaped around how your body moves, what it cannot tolerate yet, and what needs to improve so daily life stops feeling harder than it should.
Built around specific goals, not generic class flow
Exercises adapted to pain, stiffness, injury history and real limitations
Taught by a Clinical Myotherapist who understands how bodies compensate
Focused on improving movement patterns, posture, control and function
Available as private, small group, seated, or online sessions

THE THREE TYPES OF MAT WORK
One method. Three approaches. All on the mat.
THE FOUNDATION
Classical Pilates
The original Pilates method. Precise, sequenced and disciplined, designed to build deep core control, spinal mobility and full-body strength from the ground up.
THE EVOLUTION
Contemporary Pilates
Built on the classical method, but adapted using modern movement science and rehabilitation principles so sessions can be shaped around your body, not forced onto it.
THE CHALLENGE
Reformer on Mat
Classical reformer exercises adapted for the mat using bands, rollers and props. You get the resistance, coordination and challenge of reformer-style work without needing the machine.

WHO THIS SUITS
For people who have started to wonder if this is just part of getting older.
It isn’t. This work is for people whose body has started to feel harder to trust and who want to change that properly.
You’ve never done Pilates before
You are not expected to know what you are doing. Sessions are guided clearly, paced properly, and built around your starting point.
You’re not sure this will help
Maybe you have tried other things before and nothing really changed. This is more specific, more tailored, and built around what your body is actually doing.
Your body feels older than you are
Getting out of the car, reaching overhead, getting out of a chair or out of bed should not feel like a negotiation every time.
You’ve started accepting pain as normal
Back pain, hunching, shoulder rounding, stiffness and reduced mobility often become “just life.” They do not have to stay that way.
You want strength that actually carries over
Not gym strength for the sake of it. The kind that makes daily life easier, posture stronger, and movement feel more reliable.
You need options that meet your body where it is
Seated Pilates, small groups and online sessions are available when floor work or a standard setup feels like too much right now.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Every session is built around your body.
Your first session is about understanding what is actually going on, how your body is compensating, and what needs to improve first.
01
First Session
We go through your history, pain, injuries, goals and what daily movement is currently hard for you.
02
How Your Body Moves
We look at posture, control, mobility and where your body is compensating instead of moving well.
03
In Session
Exercises are selected and adapted based on what your body can do now and what we are working toward.
04
Building Strength
As control improves, your sessions progress deliberately so your body becomes stronger, steadier and more capable.
05
Adjusting As You Improve
What works at the beginning is not where you stay. Your program changes as your body starts doing more.
06
Making It Stick
The goal is not one good session. It is a body that stands straighter, moves better, and stops letting you down day to day.

SESSION OPTIONS
Flexible options to suit where your body is right now.
Every option is personalised. You are not dropped into a generic class and expected to keep up.
Private sessions
One on one sessions built entirely around your body, your goals and your pace.
Small group sessions
Up to 3 people by arrangement. Same tailored approach, shared with people you know.
Not sure which option is right for you? Get in touch and Kelly will help you work it out based on your body, goals and schedule.

READY TO GET STARTED?
You do not have to keep writing this off as just getting older.
Your first session is about assessing what is actually going on with your body, what is causing the struggle, and what we need to improve so movement starts feeling easier again.
This is where you build a body you can trust again – stronger, straighter, more capable, and easier to live in.
