Kelly, your dedicated trainer, has been in the fitness industry since 2007 with a special interest in women’s health and fitness. With extensive training in rehabilitative exercise and advanced education as a Pilates instructor, Kelly is committed to providing safe and effective workouts for all fitness levels. Even if you have never exercised before, Kelly will guide you through a program that ensures you get the most out of every session.
We also offer seated Pilates for the elderly or for those who have difficulty getting down on the floor. These sessions are designed to provide all the benefits of traditional Pilates in a more accessible format, ensuring that everyone can participate and enjoy the transformative effects of this practice.
