🗓️ What to Expect After Booking

Once you’ve selected your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details – including a link to your New Client Form, which must be completed before your first session.

The clinic is located at the top of the driveway. You’ll see a shed with a green door – that’s the clinic entrance. Please come straight in and take a seat. There is room to park and turn around at the top, so no need to worry about finding street parking.

Please note: If a car is already parked, you’re welcome to use the paddock beside the shed to turn around or park.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

• Changes made within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee

• Cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% fee

• Your $50 deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed

• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance and request a deposit refund, a 3% processing fee will apply to cover accounting costs
