HOW IT WORKS
This is a rebuild, not a quick fix.
We work together over a minimum of 12 weeks so your body has time to actually adapt, strengthen and change.
Minimum 12-week commitment
This is long enough to stop restarting, stop guessing, and start building real consistency and resilience.
Limited client spots
I work with a small number of clients at a time so every person gets proper attention, review and support.

Do I need access to a gym?
No. Your program is built around whatever setup you have, whether that is a commercial gym, home equipment or very little equipment at all.

What if I am in a flare-up when we start?
That is one of the key things the coaching accounts for. Your plan is built with flare-ups in mind, including how to keep moving safely when things are unsettled.

How is this different from seeing a physio?
Physios are excellent at short-term rehab. What they typically do not provide is an ongoing long-term progressive strength program coached and adjusted week by week. That is the gap this fills.

How is this different from a personal trainer?
Most trainers are trained in fitness. This coaching is built by a Clinical Myotherapist who understands pain science, compensation patterns, and how bodies adapt around injury or chronic pain.

How long do I need to commit?
We work together over a minimum of 12 weeks because this is a rebuild, not a quick fix. That is the timeframe that allows real change to start holding.

Do you offer in-person support too?
Yes. If you are based locally, there may be an option to combine this with in-person support or explore related services and programs.
